Job Description: Liner Machine Operator
Position Summary
The Liner Machine Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining linerproducing machinery to ensure efficient production of high-quality products. This role
requires strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and adherence to safety and quality
standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Set up and operate liner machines according to production specifications and
schedules.
• Monitor equipment during operation to ensure proper function and product quality.
• Perform routine machine adjustments, minor repairs, and troubleshooting to prevent
downtime.
• Inspect finished liners for defects, consistency, and compliance with quality
standards.
• Load raw materials and remove finished products from the production line.
• Maintain accurate production records, including machine settings, output, and
downtime logs.
• Follow safety procedures and use required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Clean and maintain machines and work areas to ensure a safe and efficient
environment.
• Communicate with supervisors, maintenance teams, and quality control to resolve
issues quickly.
• If the assigned liner machine is not working due to breakdown or maintenance, the
operator must assist on or operate other machines as required to support production.
• Assist with training new operators as needed
